Communication could have been much better. We arranged for Katie to come over on a Saturday at 1pm to meet my dog and give her a key. Katie didn’t show up or message me so at 1:15 I had to reach out & ask if she was still coming. She informed me a friend of hers was upset so she would need to come later. I understood needing to reschedule but my first red flag should have been when she didn’t reach out to tell me, but instead left me waiting. She didn’t come the first day because she wasn’t feeling well, but also didn’t tell me until the afternoon. At that point it was too late to make other arrangements (we have doggy day care as a back up.) Every single walk she did take my dog on was under 30 minutes, and I got one picture of my dog and another selfie of Katie in her car which was really odd to me. I wouldn’t trust Katie to help with my dog again and unfortunately cannot recommend her to a friend.

Katie is capable of taking care of and providing the utmost attention to your pet. I've known her for several years and can attest to her ability to properly and carefully fulfill the responsibility of pet caregiver. She not only has had the obligation of caring for her family dog but also at times the family itself, and I can say with confidence that she has done a great job at it. Katie would be a great choice for your pet and I have no doubt that your pet would choose Katie.
