Pet care experience
Lover of all animals! Frequently pet sit for animals of all shapes, sizes and actively volunteer & foster for multiple rescues. I have participated in positive reinforcement training courses with my own pup. I also work with rescue dogs, foster, and help with non profit social media. I am flexible and adaptable to make my time with your animal fun & safe. I also have experience with reactive pups.

Katie was wonderful with our two dogs! She did a lunch time drop in while I was at work to let them out. She was communicative, sent photos and took time to play with them each day. They were so much happier and relaxed when I got home in the evenings. I will be booking Katie again!
Katie is so sweet with our dog Oliver. He is a senior dog that is partially blind and has hearing problems. When Katie watches him she is so gentle and patient with him that you can see how much she loves dogs.
I have a 3 year old lab who is a mellow, home body guy. He gets so excited for his walk time. It is a perfect way for me to not feel guilty while I am at work all day or have weekend plans.
Katie has lots of love and patience for both cats and dogs of all animals. We have an 11 year old terrier who she is very gentle with and gives him the attention and feedings he needs throughout the day. We are in and out of the house throughout the week and weekends and he is able to have that extra company.

A typical day
I love to stimulate animals physically and mentally in fun games, walks, and lots of sniffs. We can fetch, run, or lay on the couch. If your dog prefers to sniff around a near by park or walk by the river, we will explore together!

Availability
I hold a full time position that allows me to work from home with a flexible schedule. I work east coast time and have the availability throughout the early afternoon, evenings, and weekends if notified ahead of time.
