I’ve cared for every breed of dog from Dachshund to Irish Wolfhounds and everything in between. With 7 years of ranch work, 5 years in a kennel environment, and 18+ years with my own animals; I can promise a level of care, compassion, patience and love like no other!

Katie was a dream! As a furbabies mom and dad yes we are going to miss them but just talking with her we felt extremely confident in having her to watch them. She went WAY p ast what we were expecting from her. She picked up poop in the backyard, (which now our lawn people are going to expect us to do it now-lol) she mopped the floors when the dogs would come in with dirty paws, washed sheets (she stayed over), etc. She was our "dog angel" sent to us so we could enjoy our vacation and not have any guilt leaving them behind! She is DEFINITELY A KEEPER!!!!
We can’t say how much we love having Katie watch our girls. We’ve had Katie watch them about 3 times now and she has been absolutely wonderful each time. This time she was booked for an overnight stay with another household but willingly made accommodations to visit our girls periodically throughout her day(s) so they could eat, get snuggles, and go potty.
Katie is absolutely tremendous! She has watched our girls twice now: once for our wedding weekend and once for a weekend getaway. Both times were so smooth and wonderful. She is so caring and we always come home to a clean house and two happy puppers! Definitely will be using Katie again!
Katie is super easy to work with. We always know our animals are in good hands.

Knowing and understanding an animals needs is very important to me. Working in a kennel environment I’ve learned a tired dog is a happy dog and a happy dog= happy owners. I personally walk my dogs 1 mile everyday and would be happy to do the same for yours!

Information I would need beforehand includes: Behavioral- reactive to other dogs we might run into on a walk. Whether it be ANY dog or just buddy from two house down that your dog doesn’t like. Anxiety- should I leave the TV on when I leave? Training/routines- Should I mix it up or do you and your pup like things a specific way?
A typical day
I like to “scout” the neighborhood I would be walking your pups in beforehand. This lets me know the best routes, I can see if there are in loose dogs, or fence aggressive dogs in the area. Fetch in the yard or at a fenced in park. (I avoid dog parks- can discuss in person) I can promise a happy dog when you return!

I am currently a Para-Professional in a special education school. My working (school) hours are set from 8-5 5 days a weeks. I will keep my schedule updated as well as keep my lines of communication open and available!
