Pet care experience
I have helped watch neighbors dogs as young as age of 12. I have had dogs since I was 8 years old and I cannot imagine a life without one. My family has worked in dog rescue for 12 years and when I moved into my own home, I started fostering dogs of my own. I have experience with puppies and seniors. My sister is also a Rover sitter and recommended I use it since I love meeting new dogs.

Katie was amazing with Cooper! She was patient and understanding. She has other dogs so Cooper decided to mark in her home when we got there and she didn’t mind at all. During our trip she sent me plenty of updates as well as pictures and videos of Cooper playing with her doggies🥰 she made sure i knew of every situation that happened involving my baby and made me feel soo comfortable while we were away. She also sent Coop home with the cutest little stuffed popcorn that he was playing with at her house (that he’s obsessed with) & a few bones to chew on💙 Katie is truly the best and we hope to book with her again in the future 🙏🏽✨
Katie is an exceptional dog sitter! Our dog was welcomed as a real member of her home and family even over the Easter Holiday. Her photos gave us so much peace of mind as we were out of the country, and she was amazingly flexible as our schedule shifted. Katie took the best care of my senior pup. Her house is warm and welcoming, and the backyard fenced and safe. Katie treated Chica like she was her own dog, and her two friendly pups were so well behaved and sweet. They all got along perfectly. All instructions were followed precisely, including feeding, crating, and putting on Chica's warm jacket when it was cold out. We received daily updates and photos and had a relaxing, worry-free vacation knowing the Chica was being cared for just as well as she would have been at home. She enjoyed herself so much. I will definitely be reaching out to Katie the next time we need daycare or overnight boarding.
Katie is awesome and her two little pups are sweet and friendly. My Chihuahua got along great with everyone for her day care stay. We will definitely have Katie watch Chica again when we go on vacation.

I have a fenced in yard and two small dogs who will provide your furbaby company (they are older so they don't really play). Dogs are never let out unattended but will have plenty of time to run around and do their business. I am very cautious of anything that could be harmful in my home to my furbabies and keep it out of reach (i.e. food & cleaning supplies).

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs or "quirks" I should be aware of so that I can prepare my home (i.e. counter surfer, gets into trash...). I also request dogs in my care have their core vaccines to ensure my home is safe for my dogs and future dogs in my care. **12/28/23 - With this new canine virus circulating, I ask you keep your dogs home and away from high dog traffic areas for at least 2 weeks before their stay. This includes pet stores, dog parks, and groomers. This ensures safety for my dogs and any future dogs in my care. If your dog shows signs of illness please inform me asap, there will be no cancellation fees.** Thank you for understanding!
A typical day
We love having movie nights and going on walks. I am trying to get more active and my dogs are older now so I would love to have a furry friend that can keep up with me on longer walks. I often visit my family close by (whom love dogs as well) and I usually bring my dogs and dogs in my care with me (with owners consent).

I work full-time from home so my dogs and the dogs I watch are never alone. I am able to let out every hour - two hours as needed. I live with my boyfriend who is usually home when I need to run an errand so your furbaby will always have company. I often visit family who live close to me on weekends who also love dogs & have a fenced in yard, so I usually bring the pups in my care with me with consent from owners.
