Pet care experience
I have experience training my dogs and helping to train friends dogs. I foster for SAAP, and have experience with dogs with behavioral issues. I can do boarding in my home for dogs, I do have 2 cats but I have a separate cat room where they can be separated if o have a dog that doesn't like cats. I walk briskly and include training in my walks (sitting, heeling, waiting, etc) to really exercise the dog and their mind to help wear them out. I have had dogs my entire life and really love working with them. I have a large fences in yard that my dogs and my foster dogs love to play in. I use positive reinforcement training with my dogs, and always supervise an play time or time outside. I have fostered 10 puppies with SAAP and have experience helping with housebreaking and correcting puppy behavior, as well as fostering over 20 adults just since September.

I believe that Katie would succeed at being the perfect dog sitter. I have seen her interact with animals of all kinds and the love she has for them all is heartwarming. Katie fostered my pet German Shepard in her home, before I adopted her, and the care she received from Katie was exceptional. Katie is a kindhearted individual and is definitely an ideal candidate for this position.
Katie is one of the most caring and responsible people I’ve ever met, especially when it comes to dogs. Katie helped me adopt my dog and she is who I go do when I need advice about anything dog related or if I need a dogsitter. Your company would be lucky to have her.
Katie is a passionate and genuinely kind person. Outside of working as a pediatric nurse, Katie manages to find time to rescue and find homes for as many animals as she can. She treats her pets like family and is one of the only people who I would trust my own fur babies with.
