We had our dog for about two months. Our dog, being a rescue, having warmed up to us was still a little shy and uneasy with strangers. Naturally I was a little cautious having our dog spend her first time away from us. We decided not to board her for various reasons, so we trusted Katie with handling her. My initial nervousness was quickly dispelled when Katie was so warm and kind to our dog. She kept us abreast w picture messages, videos and even an Instagram post :) after we picked her up, our dog was right back into her routine and acted as we had never left! It was like she was at her home away from home!

Katie is wonderful with animals and excels at both setting limits for the pets and allowing them ample time to enjoy whatever activity they are partaking in: walks, playing with toys or people, swimming, running, relaxing. Katie has a lifetime of experience having owned dogs all of her child and adult life.
