I moved to Austin, TX in September, 2022. What I loved about the city was how dog friendly it is and how many outdoor activities and options there are, given that I am an outdoor adventure enthusiast. I have always loved dogs and love their company. I grew up with 2 dogs my whole life and since moving to Austin, I rescued an 8 month old puppy who is now 14 months old. She is the love of my life and I spoil her rotten. During my 4 years in college at the University of Maryland, I earned extra cash through babysitting, dog boarding, dog walking, and doing drop-ins. I will spoil your dog with long walks and playtime just like I do for my own dog! If you have any questions for me, don’t hesitate to ask!

My Cavapoo, Emma, stayed with Katie while we were on vacation and it was a great experience. Emma loved Katie as soon as she met her and was happy to be with her. Katie is very responsive and sent us regular updates about Emma, including photos and videos. We are super happy with the care Katie provided for Emma and will definitely reach out to her again next time we need a dog ? sitter. I give Katie 5 stars!!!!

I treat every animal like I treat my own dog. I absolutely love animals and have experience with various behavior levels. When I rescued my dog she was very anxious and timid. She still can be but she has gained so much confidence, love for other dogs and people, and craves new adventure. Your pet will get the exercise you requested while I also make sure your pet is kept safe, hydrated, and protected from this Texas heat! I send lots of pictures and updates as well!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that need to be accounted for or if they have any specific behavior traits such as anxiety, timidness, or agresssion. I do have experience taking care of senior dogs who take medication, special needs dogs, puppies, and all ages in between.
A typical day
Whatever you are comfortable with and whatever your pet enjoys. I can take your dog to a park, a trail (offleash or on-leash per your request), walk around your neighborhood, or go to a dog park. Staying in your local area is definitely preferred.
