Pet care experience
I’ve grown up with dogs and cats. I trained a cattle dog mix from a young age three years ago to be a sweet and well trained girl. I love to travel so I understand the piece of mind that comes from knowing that your babies are safe and happy!

Katie was amazing! She was communicative and adaptive to my plans. It was so nice to leave my dog who can be troublesome with someone who was prepared for the challenge and actually seemed to care about her. Katie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and even tried to teach Ruby a new trick. Plus her dog Goose is adorable and got along super well with Ruby. I will definitely book with Katie again and would recommend her to others!
My dog is the best judge of character I know, and she absolutely adores Katie. Katie is responsible, kind, and loving with pets, and not afraid to get down on the floor to give tummy rubs! She is also highly responsive and great at communicating, and it is clear that the care and attention she gives her own dog extends to all the pets she cares for. I trust Katie completely with ensuring the care and wellbeing of my dog, and she's the first person I go to when I need pet care!
You can tell a lot about a person by the way they treat animals -- It was clear to me very quickly that Katie is a caring, thoughtful, and dedicated person. She is very sweet with animals, often doting on my cat (Casper) as much as she does on her own dog. She goes out of her way to show her kindness and caring when I have asked her to watch Casper while I'm out of town (she usually volunteers before I can ask). She is my go-to sitter when I'm away so much so that I'm starting to think the cat likes her more than me.
Katie has watched my dog Buoy multiple times over the past year, and he absolutely loves his time with her! Every time I drop him off, he gets so excited because he knows he's about to have a great time while I'm away! Goose, her dog, is also an absolute delight and a great friend to Buoy. 10/10, would recommend Katie for any pet-watching needs you have!

I usually play and stimulate my dog by going for an adventure 2-3 times a day. I would happily do the same for your fur baby! If it is okay with you, I would be open to having my dog accompany me to take care of yours as a play date to help stimulate everyone! I would never leave two dogs in a room uncreated in supervised. I am very attentive to what goes in to dog’s mouths, making sure that everyone is safe!

A typical day
I like taking dogs for walks around the neighborhood. I also enjoy taking them to the dog park (either Magnuson or Woodland) as long as they are allowed to do so per owners request.

I am currently a graduate students with many weekdays remotely workable. I have a few days where I would need to go to campus for 3-5 hours Tuesdays and Fridays.
