At our home, we are very intenional about play time and "getting our wiggles out!" Play time is something we enjoy, especially because it makes our pets happy. We are known by walking our dog in the neighborhood in the morning and evenings and have met a lot of our neighbors this way. My husband, John, and I live with our dog, Chance, our cat, Zari, & 2 inside bunnies. Our home is large enough that we can separate the smaller animals from the larger ones when necessary. I love animals and have had many dogs, cats, bunnies (inside), pigs, horses in the family. We have had many rescues, and have had to nurse some back to life. Some of our current animals require special care, so depending on the need, we are used to accommodating special needs. We know our home would love the company of friendly visitors and we hope that's you! My husband and I both work full time, but we have split days off so we are each home an extra day of the week. Our availability for a dog playdate and/or walk is in the evenings 6pm-930pm or on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Please message for other questions on availability! We have a large fenced yard on about 1/4 acre. We also have a park nearby that we frequently walk to. My dog, Chance, is about 2 years old, a lab -husky mix and loves to play with other dogs! Even dogs that are unsure of him eventually come around, he loves making all others his friend! We do let the dogs on the couch and have extra dog beds for your pup! We focus on play with chewy toys that are hard to break and usually stay away from fluffy toys where stuffing could come out. My husband and I both will most likely be home the entire your time your little one is with us, unless it is a Friday or Saturday during the day, in which it will just be one of us, plus our dog Chance.
