You couldn't pick a better person to take care of your dog and/or cat! About this sitter: My name is Katie and I am here to provide great service to you! Let me give you a little background about my experience. When I was fifteen years old I started "Katie's Pet Sitting" company and cared for dog/cats that lived nearby. I met with potential clients and their pets to get to know them better and from there I took care of their pet on a schedule. From regular walks, drop-in visits, house sitting, and boarding. I gave multiple long walks throughout the day, fed them, administered medication, and of course, talked to them and loved on them as if they were my own. In my free time I love taking care of my friends dogs and cats! You can trust me to take very good care of your animal, who I completely understand is part of your family. I can do anything! From taking him/her on play-dates to giving baths! Why I love dog sitting: Sometimes it's hard to explain why you love what you do, but I'll try to put it simply. These animals we call pets are just like us. They need love, attention, affection, and care. They love to be talked to, played with, fed, see familiar faces and new ones. It brings me so much joy to spend time with animals, to help out their owner, and know I've given the best part of myself. Meet my pets: Growing up I had a black lab named Layla and a cat named, Angel. I have been an animal lover since I could walk! When I was little I begged my dad for cats and dogs and he gave in to the point that I had four cats and four dogs. My experience administering medication: Yes, I am absolutely comfortable administering medication. I have had to give dogs chewable tablet, give cat ear drops, administering antibiotics via syringe, administering monthly SAFE flea and tick medication. I will never administer anything that is unsafe for your animal.
