Pet care experience
I grew up with dogs and have lived with them my whole life. I was the primary trainer and caregiver (walks, food, letting outside, etc) I have owned many dogs from corgis to st. Bernard’s! I love all types of dogs! I had a solid clientele while living in Nashville and just recently moved to Blue Springs, MO and looking to continue dog sitting!

Katie always goes the extra mile for others and holds herself accountable which will make her an amazing caregiver.
Katie is used to being around dogs - especially big ones. Her family is a dog family so she has lots of experience with different breeds of dogs. She loves on her family's dogs a lot - cuddles, pets, playing fetch. She also knows how to take care of the responsibilities - feeding them, walking them, knowing when something is wrong and they need to go to the vet.

I do not have a preference for types of breeds but I ask you’re transparent with the specific needs of the dog (if there is any) I.e. if they get scared around men or things like that. Just be honest with what your dog needs to feel safe and not have to go into fight or flight mood!
A typical day
I like to take dogs on nice walks, bring them to the doggy park and play with them as well as let them chill and lounge around. I am open to doing any times of adventures with the dogs depending on the breed and the needs of the specific breeds!

Availability
I work full time and work in office during the week so dogs who can be left alone during work hours would be best. I am active so I love taking dogs to the park or on a walk/run if able!
