Hi, I'm Katie! Thanks for stopping by. I'm a 37 year old professional living downtown Toronto, originally from the East Coast of Canada. I am a highly responsible, reliable and personable individual who is very passionate about animals, with a strong love for dogs. As a child I grew up with dogs in my home and I have many years of experience caring for and living with dogs as an adult; mainly though siblings, roommates and/or friends. I also spent several years volunteering with the Hospital for Sick Children's Therapy Dog Program, which involved taking volunteer dogs to meet and play with patients on the Hospital units. I have experience caring for many different breeds and I am able to provide exercise, playtime, companionship and administer any medications necessary. I am patient and understand how to respond to different demeanours and behaviours effectively. I absolutely LOVE French Bulldogs and desperately want one of my own. However, due to regular work travel I am unable to make the full-time commitment at this point in my life. Which is why I joined Rover! I GREATLY miss having furry friends in my life and would love to help you out with yours if/as you need some assistance. I also understand the importance of ensuring that your dog is in the hands of a trustworthy and reliable individual.
