I grew up on a farm in the west coast of Ireland therefore I have always had a passion for caring for animals. This is why I became a veterinary tech/nurse. I can answer veterinary questions where necessary and can make recommendations based on my knowledge.

Katie was fantastic looking after my 14y old cat! She has hyperthyroidism and needs tablets twice daily, I fully trusted Katie knowing she is a veterinary technician and would know if there was any problems she would know what to do. Josie loved spending time with her and I think she misses her now that she’s gone! Would highly recommend and will be booking her again :)

I unfortunately cannot take animals in my apartment however depending on the situation I can do regular visits to clients homes to play, exercise and give toilet breaks to their pets.

It is important that I know of all allergies and medical needs of each dog. I like to know their likes and dislikes and whether they interact well with other animals.
A typical day
I love to play catch with my dog friends, I love exploring new areas with them and allowing them to get their noses stuck in new smells and experiences. I live close to Stanley park so there are plenty of trails and greenways for us to play on.

I am currently working shift work in a veterinary hospital here in Vancouver. This means I have a lot of spare time and would love to create a regular routine of dog walking or sitting.
