Roxy (my dog) and I would love to host your dog when you head out of town. Roxy loves the company if your dog loves other dogs too. I choose to be a dog sitter because I hate leaving Roxy in a kennel and I imagine you do too. I work five minutes away from where we live so I go home for walks during the day on the trail we live on. I love to run too so if your dog likes or needs to exercise, send him/her my way. Dogs free roam in my house, but if you prefer to leave them in a crate, I can accommodate. We live in a very convenient location less than ten minutes from anywhere in Charlottesville. I am more than happy to bathe or brush out your dog if you would like. Willing to accommodate special requests.

I loved that Katie is right next to several trails and took Mae on a super long walk! I'm sure she appreciated it. Overall it was a fantastic stay.
Katie was wonderful! Communication was great and drop off and pick up were simple. She watched our dog Zellie for a long weekend and when we picked her up Zellie seemed very happy. Katie's dog Roxy is a sweetie and although she was a bit nervous of Zellie at first they settled in quickly and got along great. Her home is clean and spacious and she lives near great walking trails, so Zellie seemed well exercised. Highly recommended!
Everything was perfect!!! Lola was very happy and enjoyed Rozys company!
Katie is the BEST! She is incredibly caring and responsible with our dog, Oscar. Her house is a dog paradise with plenty of shady trees and space for the him to play. When I leave Oscar with Katie, I am confident that he gets the best care and I am worry free for the entire time we are gone. Katie is a total blessing and I am so glad to have found her!
