Hey there! My name is Katie and I have been obsessed with animals for as long as I can remember! So much so that I now have a career focused on providing pet insurance. In the past I worked overtime frequently so I know what it’s like to be thinking about your fur baby while at work and wishing there was someone trustworthy to play with and walk them when you’re not there! I ended up sending him to a sitter but wanted to make sure they were going to love him like I would and that he would also have fun and socialize. Now I want to help others that are in similar situations and hang out with some cool pets in the process! I’ve lived with and taken care of a variety of animals my whole life. While in high school and college I started caring for others animals as well as taking in a pug (Mr. Tiki) for 3 months while the owners were displaced from hurricane Sandy. I moved to FL about 9 years ago and only lasted 6 months before getting my own fur baby and best friend Charles, my bulldog mix. I’ve been pet sitting for the past 5 years and have developed many good relationships with my previous clients and their fur babies in FL and established recurring pet care for them. I have cared for puppies, kittens, high energy dogs, giant dogs, and senior pets. It was hard to say goodbye to my clients, but I recently moved back to NJ and wish to continue these services and provide some loving to new pets here! I am comfortable with all dogs and cats and understand through personal experience and providing insurance that each breed has their own personalities and specific needs.
