Katie stayed with our senior dog Rocky for 5 days/4 nights while we were out of town. She took great care of Rocky and he seemed very happy when we got home. Unfortunately on the day before we returned there was a run-in with an off-leash dog on the trails near our home. Katie handled it great - called us right away to let us know what happened, tried to call the vet (they were closed), washed the visible cut on Rocky, and took care of and monitored him, keeping us informed of how he was doing. It couldn't have been an easy situation for her and she was great. The only suggestion I have for her is that she provide more frequent updates of how things are going. I realize I'm a bit of a nervous fur mom, especially given Rocky's age and some of his challenges, but I had indicated on the app I wanted updates and pictures and I didn't get any until late in the stay when she noticed I had wanted them. That's a small thing though - overall it was great and she took wonderful care of the house as well.
