Accountable and Reliable Dog Walker
Pet care experience
Full time grad student and dog mom, part time pet-sitter. New to the area but there’s a good chance you’ve seen me walking my dog in the Tanglewood neighborhood. I am very passionate about animal welfare and my love for pets traces back to being a kid. I have walked, baby sat, and bottle fed dogs and cats since I was in highschool. I volunteered for my regions local humane society and helped mainly people in my neighborhood. In response to losing my job during the pandemic in 2020, I turned my enthusiasm into a business with Rover and I whole heartily enjoy my work. I have experience walking large, small, and geriatric dogs and cats as well as providing maternal care for moms and litters.

So wonderful! She was so kind and thoughtful of Luke. She asked extra questions about his walking behavior and demeanor. She gave plenty of pictures with very thoughtful and thorough updates. (She got the cutest pics of him on his walks too!) She followed all of my care instructions for him, even the ones on short notice. I love having a walker I can trust & someone who cares so much for Lukey!
Katie is such wonderful and sweet person that loves animals and loves our sweet Indy very much. We are lucky to have found her and trust her to continue to take extra care to make Indy happy when we need to leave her.
Katie was wonderful and very patient with my baby! Gia did not want to walk, but Katie watched her run around and she had so much fun just being outside! Katie is very knowledgeable of animals it seems, and loves dogs obviously! I’m so glad I found her – she is wonderful!

Be as detailed as you wish with your care instructions. I require mandatory meet and greets at the pets home days prior to service. I preferably would like to join owner and pet on their walks, or have a walk through of how to enter the home, and be shown where your pet supplies are located Please provide your own leash and collar, food, litter, and other supplies.

A typical day
I like to stimulate dogs by taking new routes, or walking the trails in the Schulle Canyon Natural Area. During home visits, I like to engage pets with positive reinforcement training of basic commands, like sit, shake, and lay down.
