My family and I love dogs. Our beloved chocolate lab passed away in 2021 and we've missed him dearly. We took a break from dog sitting to grieve and although nothing will fill his void, we're really craving that energy a dog brings to the home. We'd love to be able to meet you and see if your dog is a good fit for us to watch. I stay at home with my daughter (who homeschools) so your pouch will get plenty of attention and plenty of potty breaks! My husband loves training dogs too. We have a large fenced in back yard and you can often catch us going on walks around the neighborhood. Please consider us to watch or walk your dog.

Katie and her sweet family couldn't have made us feel more comfortable! Our meet/greet went great and our dog instantly decided it was a good place to be and wanted to go check out their huge backyard which was perfect for our little guy! Their sweet dog couldn't have been nicer to the invader that acts like their home is his. We got updates and pictures while we were away that made us totally relax and enjoy our vacation! I will use Katie every single time we go on vacation if they'll have him! Use Katie as your next Rover and you won't be sorry!
Katie was wonderful! Our shitzus are timid but warmed up and made themselves at home. It was a great comfort knowing they were well cared for!

I am home most of the time to keep an eye on your dog. We also have a fenced in backyard for them to run around. For the infrequent times we are away, I can easily crate your dog if needed.

A typical day
To get in as much as movement as possible, I like to walk in the mornings. Aside from that, my daughter will sure play tug-of-war or fetch with your dog. We have plenty of neighborhood kids who like to play in the backyard, so they'd get plenty of attention if that's something you'd like for your dog. We also enjoy hiking on the weekends.

As a stay-at-home mom with a daughter who homeschools, we have ample amount of time to take your dog outside, play, and love! The neighborhood kids come to our house often and love to play with dogs as well.
