Pet care experience
I've had pets all my life. From big dogs, to tiny dogs, to stray cats having kittens under my shed. I even had a hedgehog when I was in college (the first time). I am currently enrolled at BRCC to become a Veterinarian Technician. I have worked in wildlife rehabilitation as well. In doing this I have been lucky enough to gain experience with various species of animals, wound care, rescue and release. My husband and I just welcomed our first baby in Spring 2023 and this has limited my pet sitting availability. I’m currently only doing drop in visits close to home. Please reach out with any questions. I have basically no traveling plans for the summer.

Katie is absolutely amazing! She has cared for my crazy little dog Maddy so many times, and has somehow been able to keep her calm which can even be difficult for me to do at times! My dog can be very specific with her needs, and Katie has listened to my instructions and also had a great intuition when it comes to Maddy which not everyone has shown. She has her own dogs too, so being a pet parent is something she brings to every dog she meets, not just her own. You can’t go wrong with Katie!!

I do work in town as a bartender, but it’s limited to one or two nights a week. When I’m not there I’m with my son, but I am pretty flexible! Just shoot me a text and we can always work something out.
