Pet care experience
I’m an experienced dog Mom excited to give your pup the love, cuddles, care, and exercise they deserve! I live within blocks of different parks, from a fenced-in dog park to the National Mall, so I can easily provide consistent exercise opportunities and socialization. I have experience owning and training large dogs (2 Doodles and a Bernese Mountain Dog) and can walk multiple dogs easily. I have my own transportation, so I can do (socially distanced) pickup/dropoff and bring your pups to any variety of parks or neighborhoods for walks. My Berner is a friendly pup who loves dogs big and small, is especially good with puppies, and will be thrilled to have sleepovers. I’m so excited to get to know your pup and and love and spoil them as much as I do mine!

Indy seemed to have a good time. He came back a happy dog and we did get some picture and updates. Katie was so nice and we enjoyed having the meet and greet before so we knew Indy and hunter would get along, and it made us more comfortable while leaving him for the first time in over a year.
Katie and her fiance were amazing! They were so kind and responsive, and also very flexible with pick-up and drop-off times. My dog got along great with their incredibly sweet dog, Hunter, and they sent lots of updates and photos of Chito enjoying his stay. I would definitely recommend them and I hope that Chito can visit again soon!
Katie was fantastic! It was the first time for me to leave my dog (Snow) with someone I did not know. Snow stayed with her for one week. Katie took all my anxiety by being very responsive, sending pictures, giving me updates on how things were going, and letting me know how Snow was settling in in the new environment. Snow seemed to have a great time within the new setting and found a companion in Katie’s dog Hunter, who I’m sure of it, helped her with her anxiety. I would definitely leave Snow with Katie again! Katie and Mark watched my boy for over a week and I am pleased to say they are the best! They also have a very sweet boy themselves, Hunter, that kept my Enzo company! Katie gave me very sweet updates without even asking and cute photos as well! Enzo came back happy and healthy! I will definitely be contacting Katie the next time I need a sitter. She was truly very sweet and made me feel comfortable knowing Enzo was with such a loving family! I would highly recommend contacting Katie if you need a sitter!
