I had a dog for most of my life and I miss having that companionship since she passed. I love spending time with dogs, as I think it benefits both the person and the canine. I have experience with dogs, both in shelters and in homes. I volunteered at the Cleveland APL and have had two dogs at home with family. My experience at the shelter involved taking dogs for walks, playing with them in the play yard, making sure they were fed and given water and keeping track of their behavior and logging their activity. Caring for animals, dogs especially, is something I have always been passionate about. As a DePaul student, I am available every day when I am not in class (in the early evening). Weekends are open as well!
