I have mainly cared for cats/dogs in my clients’ homes, but do offer to care for them in my apartment as well. I live in a one-bedroom apartment that is right next to the West Columbia Riverwalk, so I have ample space for dogs to go out, whether it be for potty breaks or a walk. Depending on your preference, I have a spacious bathroom where I keep pets when I’m at work-and leave any necessities (food or water etc.) in there with them while I am away so that they are comfortable (I also ensure a safe environment all around.) If you board your pet with me and it’s crate-trained-I will also utilize that based on your preference. For clients who want me to pet-sit at their house, I like to meet them on location prior to the scheduled sitting dates so I can meet the pet/pets, be shown where the food/water is, and discuss the details of the pets’ routine (and any other necessary details I need to know). I offer to house-sit as well depending on what the client prefers.
