Growing up, I always pet sit for my parents friends instead of babysitting their children. I have owned five dogs in my life, and each one has quickly become my bff!

Katie has taken care of my dogs while out of town. She treats my dogs, her dogs and any other dog as if they were her own. She is a true dog lover and I always feel safe and secure leaving my dogs with her.
Ever since I’ve known Katie, she has had pets and has spoiled them rotten, advocated for their needs, and given them a great life. Katie has always been good with my dogs and treated them with a lot of love! I would not have any worries leaving my dogs with Katie to watch during a vacation or out of town trip.

I have a securely fenced in back yard with no poisonous or thorny landscaping. I have a dog door, so if your pup is able/trained they can always have access to the outside. If you’d prefer, I can shut the dog door and provide supervised bathroom breaks every 1-2 hours. We have two cats, but they are in a closed off room and don’t socialize with the rest of the house. Your dog will not be able to have access to the cats and vice versa. Dogs are spoiled around here with snuggles, toys, play time, and full access to the furniture. We can crate at night if you want, otherwise your pet can sleep in our beds.

A typical day
We live nearby Goodyear Park and like to take dogs to the dog park there. If your dog is a social butterfly, we will ensure they are well supervised there while also getting their energy well spent. In cooler months we like to hike and take walks around the neighborhood!

I work full time, but I telecommute most of the week. I also have a senior parent who lives with me and is home full time loving on the animals as well as a teenager who is home daily after school who volunteers at the humane society and wants to become a vet tech!
