Hello! My name is Katie. I was born and raised on a farm so I have been an animal lover since birth! Dogs have a special place in my heart. Growing up owning a variety of breeds, I have experience with dogs who are wild and crazy and I also have experience with dogs who are on the timid side and have anxiety. I moved to Ohio recently. I lived in Alabama prior, and have dog-sat a multitude of furry friends. Since moving to Ohio, I am looking to find some new doggos to watch so you can leave them with ease and not have to worry about them! While you are gone I will send lots of pics so you can see how your furry loved one is doing while you are away. I do not have any dogs of my own currently due to me living in an apartment that does not allow dogs. In the meantime, I walk dogs at the humane society (Columbus Humane) so I can spend time with dogs.

First of all Katie is such a dog lover! She goes out of her way to show love to dogs. Katie has dog sat for me multiple times and my dog Luna adores her! Most of the times I’ve hired her to dog sit it has involved house sitting as well. Katie takes great care of my home and Luna. I would say my house usually looks better than when I left! Katie is completely reliable. She always keeps her scheduled appointments. I have 100% confidences that she will show up and give the utmost care to my dog and my home.

Growing up, my family always tended to adopt dogs that were on the wild side, so I am naturally very cautious when it comes to ensuring that the dog is in sight at all times. A typical day
Since I work remotely during the day (9-5) I will be available to your furry loved one all through the day. During the workday, I will be available to let them out for potty breaks and socialize with them and I can take them on a mid-day walk as well. After I log off work for the day, I can engage with your doggo more by taking them to the park, playing with them, and taking an evening walk. Let me know what your dog's typical activity level is and I can plan accordingly.

Availability
I work in a hybrid IT full-time position and I go into the office every Tuesday. Every day (including the weekends) other than Tuesday, I will be able to stay at home with your pup as long as you have working wifi at your home. When I go into the office on Tuesdays, I do not have to stay the whole day so at most I would only be gone for 5 hours max.
