Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my dogs since I was 12. I used to have a dog walking business when I was younger. I love nurturing animals. Lastly I love doggy kisses, will scratch ears, and rub their tummy!!!:) I work at a job where we allow pets and am always super excited to see a new one everyday! I also will take care of my dads dog when he’s at work and my friends cat while she is also at work:) I try to make their comfort my main priority when I take an animal to a new area. Let them sniff around. I don’t force them to do anything they don’t want to and I try to let them get comfortable with me first then give them treats

Katie B. has always been a dog enthusiast since an early age. We have a three year border collie who Katie has trained to many tricks. Boomer is a very busy boy with very high energy. Katie has always been able to calm him down by picking him up like a baby. Boomer loves this as much as Katie does. Katie would be a very dependable dog watcher and dog walker. She would love every chance she could get to spend time with your dog too!!

I’m naturally a very calm person so I never like to rile up a pet. I am playful but to an extent. Laying with a pet is one of my favorite things to do and it’s comforting for the both of us. Don’t get me wrong though I do also love a game of fetch.

It is important to know if the dog gets anxious when away from owner. I also like to know if they’re friendly or need to warm up first that could help both of us when we meet each other
A typical day
I love walking so having a pooch with me would make it more exciting! My guilty pleasure when it comes to dogs is teaching them tricks so your dog may come home with a possible new trick.

I’m currently working full time but have open availability in the morning, at night, and days off. My days usually consist of me going for at least 1 walk so bringing a doggo along with me would be easy and I actually prefer it!
