Pet care experience
Hi my name is Katie and I’m 22 years old. I’ve taken care of many dogs and cats who belong to family and friends ranging from puppies to older dogs. My family and I have had 4 dogs ourselves so I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life. I’ve had a golden/lab mix named Cherrio. A Rot/lab mix named Olaf who had epilepsy so I’ve had experience with dogs who have had seizures. And currently we have two dogs who’s names are Sadie and she is a Newfie/lab mix and a 2 year old puppy named Jaxon who is a full Newfie and I was the main caretaker of him since he was 4 months old. While caring for your dog if you would like me to I could pick up dog poo as well. I love all animals and I will love and treat your pets as much as I love and care for my own.

In my home I always watch my dogs when I let them outside whether it is in the morning or at night to make sure nothing happens to them and there are no predators outside. I always check up on my dogs if they are just hanging out in another room just to make sure they are okay and doing good. And I always keep my phone on my so if you ever need to contact me I will always answer and I could always give updates to you on your fur babies just so you know they are doing okay because if that was me I would always want the same

Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your pet such as if he/she does not like other dogs or how they react if the see different animals outdoors just so I can prepare if they will want to chase that animal. Also how you would like your dog to be walked whether that’s is right at my side for training or if you like them just to be their adventurous self and walk ahead on the leash! Other information is also always welcome!
A typical day
I would love to be able to take the dog to a park or a dog park and let them explore new places I also love to play fetch and tug of war and really let them get their energy out!

Availability
Currently I work full time at Panera but I am off Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and am free all day those days. The other days of the week I work in the mornings from 4am-3pm and if that is okay with you I could do overnight stays if needed and come back right after work and be there the rest of the day/night for pet overnight sitting and for dog walking I could do any day of the week after 3 pm.
