I got my first puppy, a YorkiePoo, when I was 8 years old and I made it my goal everyday to take good care of my new companion. My dad had just passed away right before this so my pup named Angel became my very best friend immediately in that time of mourning. I grew up training her to potty on puppy pads, which she still does to this day whenever she isn’t able to go potty outside; and basic commands such as sit, shake, lay down, and stay. I now have a 3 year old German Shepard named Kase who can play fetch literally all day long if he could and swim until he can’t feel his legs haha!! He has a very sensitive stomach so I do have to give him medication in pill form every now and then when he gets a bad upset stomach.
