I grew up with 2 labrador retrievers. I have been pet sitting and walking dogs since I was a kid. Comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Comfortable giving basic medications. Leash walking experience with gentle leaders, harnesses, training collars, and regular collars. Experience raising and potty training/crate training puppies. I love to walk, play fetch, cuddle, and play tug of war. I understand messes happen! I have a 4 year old yellow lab and attended 1 year of obedience classes with him. My dog currently lives with family and I want to add more pet time to my life!

Katie is amazing!! She loves and takes care of our Golden as if she was her own. We never worry when our Lucy is in Katie's care. She is reliable and communicates. We always know our dog will get exercise, be active and be in the very best hands!

My dogs love Katie! She is a calm, caring and nurturing. She takes her time with my 2 labs walking them, playing catch and giving them all the belly rubs they need. It’s a gift to go away and not have to worry if my dogs are in good hands. When Katie has my 2 dogs I know she loves them like they are her own! She is an animal person and my dogs love her.

A typical day
I love to give your dog attention by playing, walking, and petting. When I visit your dog they will get lots of love and attention and time outdoors. We will play with toys and enjoy a walk if requested.

As a graduate student I work a flexible schedule and can pop in and out during the day. Lunch time walks, evening and morning care are no problem!
