Pet care experience
I grew up loving and caring for animals since my first childhood pet; a guinea pig who we loved for 8 years! My family decided to get our first Labrador Retriever (Cleo) when I started high school, and she absolutely became my best friend. She has introduced us to many friends and other neighborhood dogs who I've taken care of since high school! I've had experience with dog-walking, drop-in visits for dog and cat care, and house-sitting.

Our dog loves Katia and is so happy every time he sees her! When she stayed with him for a week, she sent us regular updates and photos. He got lots of walks, playtime and snuggles, and we came home to a happy pup. I highly recommend her!
Katia is smart, responsible, kind and a true dog lover. It’s such a good feeling leaving our sweet labrador and terrier in her care because we know we don’t have to worry about their care, safety and comfort when we’re away and they’re with Katia.
I have known Katia for 9 years. She has loved dogs for as long as I've known her. I would say that she is like a Dog Whisperer as I've known her to calm anxious dogs just with her quiet and gentle presence. Personally she has cared for my two dogs and they absolutely love her! Katia is mature, trustworthy, intelligent, extremely talented, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire her to care for my fur kids whether just walking them, playing with them or caring for them in my home over several days.
Katia is the total Dog Whisperer. We have two dogs, one sweet one, the other highly reactive, and she is magical with both of them. She is gentle and calm and genuinely loves dogs of all kinds--and they love her back. I would (and have) trust her with our guys any time. She's been walking dogs and dog-sitting in our neighborhood for years, and everyone knows her as the best. I highly recommend her.

Availability
While I'm home from college for winter and summer breaks, I have a very flexible schedule. I'm a musician pursuing a violin performance degree, and I'll be available on weekdays and weekends until I have to travel on June 22nd.
