I've lived with and loved many, many dogs in my life. Every time I meet someone's pet (cat or dog) they are always immediately comfortsble with me, and I often have owner's tell me "he/she NEVER warms up to strangers this fast!". I think dogs just instinctively know when you're someone safe who will love and care for them. My roommate laughs at me whenever we walk together because I have to stop and say hi to ALL the dogs. Since moving to LA a year ago I find my life too busy with work to be able to provide the full-time love and care a dog deserves from me during the week. I'm happy to take all my doggie love and lavish on your pet when you're not able to! Love walks and play time at the dog park with doggie friends and happy to give lots and lots of daily pets. I would prefer weekend stays for overnights as I work during the weekdays and might be away from the house too long for a dog's needs. On the weekends I have open availability and your pet would be my number one priority. I am available for morning or evening walks and drop ins on weekdays. I don't have any allergies, so if you have kitties, I can provide care for them as well. I do draw the line at pet tarantulas. I work in the mental health field and have experience passing complicated medications including injectible meds to humans, so I could handle a pet who had some medical needs.
