Pet care experience
I have cared for hundreds of amazing dogs over the past 10 years, building a happy, playful and loving bond with each dog I have had the opportunity to meet and support. I am near the end of my accredited dog trainer programme providing the best knowledge, experience and skills in this field. Lead and crate training knowledge are two areas I excel in, whilst ensuring trust and friendship is built between myself and your precious pet. Senior dog care is an amazing part of my job, ensuring the service provided meets the individual dog’s abilities, needs and lifestyle. I am first aid trained for animals so your pet is in safe hands if anything unforeseen and unexpected was to happen, however I have never encountered an incident which has required the use of my training skills, which is renewed annually. Supporting you to care for your dog is something I am extremely passionate about so please do send me a quick message if you would like organise a meet & greet, discuss my availability or go ahead with a booking. I have a number of weekly customers who have their preferred daily time slot so don’t miss out by delaying! Your dog will gain a new best friend whilst I alleviate the exercise responsibilities from yourself and your busy schedule ☺️

Booked Kathy for this weekend just gone. Very impressed after initial meeting - Kathy clearly understands how important dogs are to people. Kathy messaged at least twice a day with updates and photos. Returned home today to two happy dogs and a clean and tidy house.
Can't recommend Kathy enough. It's the first time she's sat for us but won't be the last. From the initial request all the way through the booking she was reliable, engaged and very professional. All the dogs loved her and we loved getting regular updates and pictures.
I couldn’t possibly recommend Kathy enough! During the meet and greet, she asked extensive questions to ensure she knew everything about Chip before providing the service I booked (monthly house sits) which showed her professionalism and attention to detail. She is incredibly kind and caring which is so important when choosing the right sitter for your animal. From that moment, I knew Chip would be in the best care! Kathy sends me daily photos/videos and updates whilst I am away and we keep in contact throughout the month so she is up to speed with any changes to my schedule or Chip’s health. She isn’t only Chip’s sitter but has become a really good friend too. Her professionalism and passion for her work oozes out of her from the second you meet her! She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure Chip has everything he needs (and more) whilst I am away which is incredibly comforting and reassuring as his owner. Trusting someone with your pet is a huge decision, but you mustn’t think twice when contacting/booking Kathy!
Well what can I say….Kathy has been walking our Reggie for over a year now and our pooch just loves her. He’s not the easiest pup to walk but over time Kathy has been able to train him to walk without pulling constantly and has developed his recall - which had started to relapse. Kathy has also lived in once while we have been on holiday and is booked for the summer when we go away again. Kathy is trust-worthy, great with dogs and an all round lovely person. Once you meet her you will 100% book her. Thank you for looking after our Reg 🐾🐾🐾

My home has a large rear garden with flags, natural turf and 6 foot fencing surrounding the entire boundary. I live in a detached property so noise is something you mustn’t worry about whether they be from neighbouring properties or how vocal and excitable your pet can be. My home is child and pet free, as well as open plan downstairs so there is ample room for your animal to roam and explore as much as they would like! A house isn’t a home without a pet, right?

Please advise if your pet has any specific needs that need to be met whilst in my care so I can ensure the service provided is bespoke to your animal. Delivering a positive, wholesome and personal service to your pet is my priority.
A typical day
I love to get to know your animal so going for stimulating, fun walks in the local park with extensive grass space and fields to play a bunch of ball games, sniffing out the wildlife and meeting new friends along the way (unless the owner would prefer no contact with other animals which of course will be accommodated). Alternatively, staying indoors to cuddle on the sofa or having our own space but being in each other’s company is also a fantastic option as I appreciate each animal has their preference and living routines. Overnight stays in your home are also available with 3-days notice offering a various durations and schedule availability, to ensure your pet is comfortable and remains in their familiar environment whilst you step away temporarily.

Availability
Animal care is a professional space I am incredibly passionate about and offer availability from 8am - 8pm to support as many pet owners as possible whilst providing the animal-centred care, dedication and love they all deserve. A bond and friendship with a pet is immeasurable which I can guarantee from collecting/visiting your pet to the moment I leave. As an individual I am self-motivated, punctual, deliver flexibility and professionalism at every job. I attempt to schedule my diary so I am in one local area or town per day however there is a vast amount of flexibility that I can offer. The only reason why I do this, is to ensure I spend as much quality time with your pet as I possibly can, reducing travel time and maximising value for money for you as my customer. As an Enhanced Disclosure Barring Service holder (clean), I take tasks such as handling keys for your property very seriously. I also have ten years service in housing management and property safety which aligns very nicely with this line of work.
