Kathy is awesome!! My finicky, usually never seen by anyone outside the family cats, had hid from any previous drop-in sitters (not hired through Rover).!Some never saw them the entire time we were gone! Not so for Kathy. They immediately warmed up to her, and since she sends me photos of her playing with them in the days she sits for them, I know that she not only sees them, they treat her as a favorite member of our family!! She is wonderful! We love her! Penelope and Annabelle love her! And you and your pets will lover her too. Once again, thank you Kathy for taking such good care of my babies!!!

We appreciated the level of communication from Kathy, both before and during our trip. While we were away, she even shared a couple of non-pet concerns, related to the house. Her arrival times were as promised and she sent plenty of photos of our boys. Kathy definitely earned 5 stars!
