Hi! We are Dave and Kathy, a retired couple living near Cave Creek Road and Union Hills. We have a love for small dogs. Since we are retired, one of us is always home. We have three small fur babies of our own, Cody a Poodle mix, Cinnamon a Chihuahua mix and Henry a Pomeranian. We have been caring for dogs for over twelve years. We live in a very pet friendly house with a fenced yard. There is a doggy door which gives your dogs free access to the backyard. We normally feed our dogs in the morning between 7:00-7:30 and again at 5:00 pm. We will feed your little ones on your schedule so that their routines are not further disrupted. We will be happy to walk your dogs if requested.

Kathy watched our senior special needs boy while I still lived in Phoenix a couple years ago, he has since passed but having Kathy and Dave be able to watch our boy while we had to travel was such a lifesaver and they did such a great job taking care of him. He was getting too old for me to feel safe leaving him at a regular doggie daycare, he was blind/had arthritis/separation anxiety and would come home from other boarding places with scabs on his nose from rubbing to get out of the kennel and a hoarse voice, it was clearly stressing him out so having a home environment (and on last minute, late night notice one time!) really gave us so much peace of mind and a better experience for our dog. I hope you're both doing well <3
I have used Kathy a few times for dog boarding, and my dog loves going to see “Miss Kathy”! He gets excited the moment he sees her house. I know that each time I drop him off, he is well taken care of and has plenty of socialization with other dogs. We don’t use anyone else!
Kathy and her husband were amazing with my pup. they sent me photos and he is so comfortable with them at their home. The family is very kind and amazing with animals.
My pet spent a week pampered & well loved with Kathy. Knowing Piper was well cared for allowed me a worry-free vacation.
