Pet care experience
I am prior daycare and kennel attendant at a dog daycare and boarding facility back in my hometown of DC. I have been properly trained on how to handle dogs on leash and how to clean up after them. Additionally, I know how to properly feed them and bathe them. In addition to my prior work experience, I have also owned dogs all my life. Thus, I have the common knowledge of how a pet owner should care for their dog. I love dogs and love ensuring that they receive proper care and lots of love. My apartment is dog friendly and is very clean. I also own a dog who is not aggressive and will give your dog a play mate while he/she is staying here.

If there is anyone I can trust my dog with that would be Kathryn. She has gone above and beyond to care for my dog and make her feel at home while my family has been traveling internationally. She provides updates everyday with her well being. We extended our trip beyond what was agreed upon initially and Kathryn was extremely kind to take care of her beyond what she signed up initially for. I do not have a yard; however, my neighborhood has a nice walking path/park to take your pooch too. As well as a nice dog park near by. Feeding schedule will be kept on track, as well as any other special requests.

A typical day
We will play lots of games and go for long walks in the neighborhood park or along the water. If you’re comfortable we can also visit the nearby dog park.

I’m currently working full-time; however, my veteran fiancé is home full-time from being medically discharged from the Navy. I am able to come home on breaks though to walk and care for your dog.
