Pet care experience
I have either owned and/or worked with animals my entire life. As a teenager, I worked on a ranch for 3 ½ years that offered therapeutic riding services for special needs children. I worked and cared for the horses and other farm animals on site. Over the years, I've pet-sit many of my friend's animals either in their home or mine. I’ve also owned and/or cared for dogs of all sizes, cats, ferrets, snakes, fish, birds of all sizes, lizards, turtles, etc. I’ve always had a passion for animals and love being around them. I understand both the joy and sorrow that comes with taking care of one’s fur-baby. I promise to love and care for your pet as much as my own!

Kathryn was great with Lily. Lily had so much fun playing with her dog too. She was so tired when she came home. I would recommend Kathryn. She is attentive and sends regular updates.
Kathryn is great. We have three dogs and she handled them just fine. Very accommodating. Definitely my new dog setter. She asks questions I wouldn’t have thought to ask. She is just good at her job and loves it.

With my dog, I feed her twice daily and always ensure she has clean water. I have a fenced-in backyard and a dog door so that she can access the backyard 24/7. I pick up my yard regularly and check both inside and outside areas to make sure there is nothing that can be harmful to her or other animals in my care. My dog is updated on all her vaccinations. When caring for other people's pets at my house, I treat them like my own. When caring for someone else's pet in their own home, I make sure to ask plenty of questions so I can give the best possible care.

Your pet must be updated on all current vaccinations and I must be informed of any medical conditions they are being treated for, if any. Your pet must also be updated on flea, tick, and heartworm medications/treatments. You will need to provide your own food and feeding instructions. If possible, please provide a kennel.
A typical day
Whatever activities your dog needs, I'll happily accommodate them to the best of my ability! Playing fetch, tug-a-war, walking, or being a couch potato are all available!
