I've had dogs my whole life so I am very comfortable around all sizes and ages of dogs. I look after my own dogs when i'm at home but currently i'm at university and miss the responsibility. I have also walked and cared for other people's dogs during the day and overnight before. I love being in the presence of dogs and would love the opportunity to help someone take care of their pet. Whenever I go somewhere and there is a dog I have to say hello and give it a cuddle if the owner's are ok with it. I also have some experience with cats and would be capable of feeding, checking up on them and just generally providing them with some companionship.

I would like to know if the dog is scared of anything or if they had any dietary requirements (sounds silly but one of my dogs is allergic to lots of things and the other is on a low fat diet as she has pancreatitis). I would also like to know if they were on any medication or had any illnesses just so that I could be aware of what to look for if they weren't behaving normally. I don't have any preference in breeds, I have walked and cared for both small and large dogs before.
A typical day
Depending on the dog's nature, I would take them to a park or for a walk around nearby to the house. If the dog enjoys playing with toys then I would play with them, for example throwing the ball to play fetch. I would give the dog a lot of cuddles and attention whilst dog-sitting.
