Pet care experience
Over the last 20 years, I've encountered numerous family, friends and neighbor's dogs to feed, walk and *if they allowed* pet and snuggle. I personally have loved 4 dogs in that time. Many of the dogs I have cared for range from age 12 weeks as small as dachshunds up to 16 years and as large as irish setters. I also have speciality in assisting dogs with health complications, such as cancer and addison's disease so I'm very familiar with medication schedules. I enjoy adapting to each dog's personality and preferences as they are just like people. I have always loved dogs!

Kayt is a very loving and kind young lady. She has cared for our two dogs for many years when she is available. Kayt watered, fed and walked our dogs when needed but most importantly she spent quality time with them after fulfilling these reposnsibilities. We had no worries giving Kayt access to our home. I have a fenced in backyard that has previously held six other dogs in my care. I also have almost anything needed for a dog like leashes, bowls, toys, bedding, and a if needed a clean, small crate and "accident" spray. Food, treats and any meds would need to be provided by the owner, but I'm more than comfortable with following schedules.

A typical day
If we're going for walks, I will take your dog outside and talk to them about the things we encounter in the neighborhood, allow them to smell and try to teach them to heel. If they're outside in a backyard I will throw a ball or other outside toy around and again talk to them about their surroundings. If we're hanging out inside, I wiIl talk to them and pet them, if they like being petted. In-between all the activities, I'll give them water and pee/poop breaks whenever necessary.

Availability
I work part-time so I am available on certain days to walk, pet, feed and play with your dog. My best available days are Mondays and Fridays from 9-3 and upon request on Saturdays and Sundays.
