I have been around all sorts of animals for my entire life. From having my own pets to starting pet sitting when I was 10 (15 years ago), I have cared for and attended to many types of animals such as dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, hamsters, birds, guinea pigs, and hedgehogs. Throughout my time around animals, I have trained dogs as well as horses. I own 2 cats so in order for me to board your pets they have to be friendly towards cats. I also have a hedgehog that is in a cage. I studies Animal Science as a minor in college where I got to intern at the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson, AZ and cared for snakes, chickens, lizards, birds, giraffes, otters, jaguars, etc. I got to help prepare special meals, clean enclosures/cages, and help with the vet specific training for some of these animals. I have not had a lot of experience with reptiles/amphibians, but I know basics and am a quick learner and eager to learn as I want one for myself someday. I do have some experience with fish as well if I am Dog Sitting and you need fish to feed.
