Kathryn made my kitty feel at home. That was clear from how relaxed the cat was when I picked her up! Kathryn also learned to do the subcutaneous hydration that my cat required, and was so diligent about providing the care my kitty needed! Loved the photos and daily reports. I was really nervous to use Rover for the first time, especially since our cat is special needs, but Kathryn was amazing! She is very communicative, responds quickly, and (best of all) sends lots of pictures. Mesho looked like he enjoyed every minute of his cat vacation (especially sitting by the screen door!). I'm so happy to have her as an option for the future, and would not hesitate to book a pet with her again for any length of time. We had some really weird logistics on this trip for dropping off and picking up, plus a lot of times on the trip that we had poor to zero reception or wifi. Kathryn was an absolute champion; very easygoing, and she really went above and beyond to make the logistics happen like it was no big deal.
