Well hello! I’m Kate. Also known as a loving and compassionate fur mama and social worker in training! I am very intuitive and emotionally in tune with both people and animals. Our home is located at Trinity Commons which is conveniently located off of Erwin Road. We are a stone’s throw from Duke Medical Center where my fiancé practices medicine. This area is super dog friendly with a ton of apartment complexes who allow furry friends.! We frequent the trails, seek out grassy fields for belly rubs, and visit the Duke Pond often with Franz & Ori. Without a doubt, you’ll spot us on walking adventures in search of new sniffs! If there’s one strength I have, it’s communication! I’ve used Rover quite a bit for my own needs and know how important updates are. I enjoy photography and love taking photos of fur babies. Updating Mom and Dad is super fun and let’s y’all know that they’re enjoying themselves. Snapshots are important! I have years of experience dog sitting a variety of breeds and I absolutely love pups of all shapes and sizes! I’m also accustomed to caring for dogs who have medical needs. I will be sure that your pup will get the exercise (or rest!) they need. Our German Shepherd, Franz, and his sister Ori were rescued and each had their own set of medical issues. Specifically, Franz had stage 3 heartworm (prevention y’all!) when we rescued him and required high intensity medical attention. I lead an active lifestyle and strive for daily mindfulness activities. I love to walk, jog, hike, practice yoga and meditation, and snuggle with my puppers! I’m obtaining my Master of Social Work degree! Thankfully, my internship is super flexible and only five minutes away from my home! This allows for a quick and beautiful commute and short trip back home! I can’t wait to meet you and your puppies! Thank you for visiting my profile!
