Rescue Foster Mom, love dogs!!
Pet care experience
I love animals and especially dogs and have worked as a volunteer at the local kennel where I would walk, feed, and overall provide love and companionship to the dogs in the kennel. I became a foster mom with a local rescue about three years ago where I take in dogs rescued from high kill shelters into my home and provide them with a safe and loving environment while awaiting their adoption. It’s been such a privilege to be part of the rescue journey and have had the opportunity to see the improvement of many dogs from sad and neglected to happy and trusting! I take pet care seriously and care for all the dogs as if they were my own.

This was our first time using Rover and Kathleen was a life saver. We needed a pet sitter last minute after Petsmart cancelled our reservation a day before our trip. Kathleen responded quickly to our last minute request and helped accommodate us. She sent us so many pictures during the sitting assuring us our “first born” was safe and hanging out with her new friends. Our 12 year old Shorkie is very attached to us and normally shuts down around strangers but she seemed extremely comfortable and excited to hang out with Kathleen and her family. Thank you again so much!
Kathleen and her husband were so amazing with my little pup! She has terrible separation anxiety and I was so worried about leaving her alone in a new environment, but Kathleen and her family took the time to make my little girl feel extra comfortable. She ended up having a blast! It was so comforting getting picture and video updates of our fluff ball. We will definitely be using her again!
We were extremely happy with the way Kathleen cared for our dog. She sent pictures and videos everyday while we were away. She answered texts quickly and always put our minds at ease. We would highly recommend her and will be using her again when we need a dog sitter!
