We are an animal loving household! We have enjoyed sharing our lives with multiple pets, mostly rescues, though the years, including up to 4 dogs at a time, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, cockatiels and parakeets, a rescued duck and fish, frogs and turtles. Currently we have 2 small dogs, a Bichon and a rescued Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie). We have lovingly cared for older and sick pets. Our home is a rancher with only 1 to 2 steps to our sunken family room and the outside, perfect for older pets and puppies! We have a very large, fully fenced yard, with a self-latching gate between the house and the quiet, end of a cul-de-sac street. We do have an in-ground pool in a separately fenced yard. (But any water-loving dogs that like to swim are welcome to join us, as our retrievers used to do years ago.) We have responsibly cared for the pets from 4 families over the past 5 years, when they were away on multiple vacations, and could provide fully satisfied references. We require that all boarded pets be fully vaccinated, as our pets always are. We do not accept aggressive pets, and if any pet shows aggressive behavior while staying with us, it will be kept separated from other animals in the house and yard. We will care for your special needs pets, administering medicine on schedule, caring for wounds or surgery recovery, giving special assistance to older dogs or anxious pets, and offer continuity of your training methods for puppies. Your beloved pets will be safe and loved in our home!
