We have 4 acres and 2 pastures that are for dogs to run and play.. inside I have 5 cats so a dog with high prey drive might not be a great fit unless crated. I have a small senior Shi- Poo and a large 73 pound Black Mouth Cur. We all know cats are more territorial than dogs, and with proper introductions our dogs can play together or I can keep potty times, play times feeding times separate depending on what your preference is and what’s best for the whole. My neighborhood is gated with code entry so walks are worry-free with friendly dog neighbors.
