Pet care experience
I have a dog of my own - the sweetest, kindest yellow Lab named Chipper, who is 4 years old. I've grown up around dogs my entire life and have yet to meet a 4-legged friend I don't love. I dog sit often for friends and family members, and they always enjoy coming to my house for lots of play time, walks, snuggles, and our stash of yummy (and healthy) treats! I'm often accused of treating my dog better than my husband, but I wouldn't have it any other way! ;) *Note for overnight stays: Owners picking up after 12:00PM EST on your pet's last day will be charged an additional fee of my daily rate. Please pick up prior to 12:00PM EST to avoid any extra charges. Please contact me with questions or if there are extenuating circumstances that should be considered. Thank you!

Kathleen and Adam and Chipper are awesome! Sent great pics of the pups and took care of all of Dixie's meds, lots of playtime and walks, without a doubt best sitting experience for Dixie ever and she already misses her new friend Chipper! We look forward to seeing them again..thanks Rover.com!
Kathleen and her husband were great! We have a young puppy (9 weeks) and last minute needed a puppy sitter for a week while we were out of town. Kathleen was very knowledgeable about puppy care and sent me daily updates with how Biscuit was doing. We really appreciated her confidence in working with dogs and pups of all ages, and her flexibility working with our last minute schedule change.
Kathleen is one of the most compassionate people I know, so it is no surprise that she is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I've spent plenty of time at her house watching her interact with her goofy, lovable lab Chipper, so I can vouch that she is a responsible pet owner. But I have also seen her interact with my 8-pound anxious Pomeranian mix, Sadie. I have trusted her to watch Sadie for trips I have taken previously, and it has left me worry-free. Kathleen has the perfect personality to understand what each dog needs in terms of love, discipline, play-time, etc. In fact, I think her spirit animal may be a dog. I have every confidence that she will take care of your pet as if it were her own!
Toby enjoyed his stay at Kathleen's! He stayed over for 5 days. He became instant friends with their dog, Chipper. Kathleen was very accommodating and worked with us on the time to drop-off/pick-up Toby.
