Not impressed at all and felt uncomfortable leaving my kitty there. When I dropped off my kitty, an outdoor cat (that wasn’t the owners but just a cat that she feeds) also ran in. I was not told there would be another cat there and would not have hired Kathleen as my cat doesn’t usually get along well with other felines. I thought this was odd and asked her if the cat was her’s and if it’d be there regularly and she said that the cat is never there and brushed it off. When I picked up my kitty the other cat was there again and had been eating my cat’s food and using her litter box. About 3 months later my kitty went to the vet and they found a tape worm from a flea she had ingested. She is 100% an inside cat, my house is very clean, and I check her regularly for fleas and other abnormalities. I’m pretty sure she picked up the flea from this outdoor cat. Even if not, very displeased by the experience and the lack of communication from the sitter throughout the stay.
