Having a pup of my own, I know that it can be very unappealing to think about boarding your pooch up for several days in a kennel while you’re away. I think it’s always preferable to put your pup in a good environment that will ensure that they get a lot of personalized attention. This inspired me to become a dog sitter, and I am always happy to have the opportunity to make a pup happy when their owners are away! I am currently a part time student who is taking between 1-2 classes per day. That means that I have a pretty open schedule and am a great fit for pups that enjoy a little extra affection during the day. I’m usually home for most of the day, so we’ll get plenty of time together during any stay! I also live with my boyfriend Jeff, who can also help out when needed, even though I’ll be the primary caregiver. We also live with two cats (aged two and six) and the sweetest Great Dane of all time named Pongo. Between the five of us, we’re always happy to add another member of the family! I’m a pretty active person, and being outdoors makes me the most happy. If your pup enjoys getting outdoors or going for walks, we’ll be a great fit! I love going on walks and exploring my neighborhood. I’m very lucky to live where I live, it’s a very picturesque neighborhood with tons of bungalows, nice paved sidewalks, and plenty of new things to see. I also have a big fenced yard and plenty of indoor space to play around in as well!
