I've lived with dogs since high school but never owned one myself (golden retriever/chow, a yellow lab, and a corgi mix). Between school and travel, I can't provide a consistent home. My parents are wonderful pet owners and until I can emulate them I don't want to have my own pet. Yet, I love dogs and can't walk past one without wanting to pet it and hear their life story. I will give your dog the attention and exercise it deserves and is capable of. I'm used to walking and running with dogs, giving them baths, and minor grooming. Each dog has a personality and I can adapt. I work from 8:30-5:30 near DuPont so I usually can’t let a dog out at lunch but this is a way to have dogs in my life until I feel settled enough to have one of my own.
