Pet care experience
I take care of both cats and dogs (and other pets like reptiles, fish, rodents, and birds). I've become a bit of a cat specialist with Rover. I have experience taking care of all ages of cats and dogs, including puppies/kittens, sick, and elderly. I have experience administering medication, trimming nails, and cleaning eyes, ears, and teeth. I grew up with show dogs and we bred Akitas. I have had many different breeds throughout my life, both small and large, including Yorkshire and Cairn Terriers, German Shepherds, Akitas, Border Collies, Pitt Bulls, Yellow and Black Labs, and Australian Shepherds. I currently have 2 rescue kitties, a bearded dragon, a baby rescue turtle, and several types of snails. I will take care of your pet as if it was my own.

Kathrine was great with our 4 dogs!! She kept us updated with how they were doing with pictures. When one was not eating much and constipated she didn’t hesitate to pick up canned pumpkin and monitored him until he was eating and regular again. We have just relocated and the dogs were still feeling the stress of the move, but they were very comfortable with her, and Kathrine was very understanding of that. She is very loving, nurturing, knowledgeable, and truly enjoys pet sitting. We will definitely go to Kathrine again for future pet sitting needs. Kathrine, we just don’t know how to thank you enough for the peace of mind we had knowing our babies were being well loved and cared for while we were away.
This was our first time leaving Finley with anyone besides my parents. I wanted him to be able to stay at our house and not be in a kennel or an unfamiliar environment. Cathie was very good with him and I felt comfortable as soon as I met her. She kept me updated everyday with photos and a recap of their day and I knew I had made the right decision. I will definitely be doing it this way when we need to travel without him in the future. And I am hoping she will be our go to! Thanks again!
