Pet care experience
I love animals more than anything! I worked a summer as a veterinary assistant and a year and a half as a doggy daycare/boarding attendant so I have lots of experience with dogs! I also lived with my roommates dog for 2.5 years and helped take care of her!

Kate is such an amazing dog sitter! She’s compassionate and caring for the animals. She loves to sit with them and play as well as take them on walks. She has worked at a doggy daycare for the last year, so she is excellent at working with all breeds of dogs. Lastly, shes an awesome human and treats everyone so kindly!
Kate and I have been roommates for almost two years and during that time she has been the most phenomenal friend and dog mom to our puppy Olive. I got Olive several months before meeting Kate. When she applied for my roommate wanted ad I knew she was the perfect fit because the first thing she said about herself is that she loves dogs! Since then Kate has been the most helpful person in my and Olive’s life: she takes her out, clips her nails, gives her haircuts, etc. I have never met anyone who loves dogs as much as this girl, nor anyone who dogs love more than her! Kate would be an amazing asset to your team!

I live in a house with a big backyard and it is located right next to a large grassy park! I am very patient with every type of personality in each dog and I have multiple years of experience taking care of senior dogs as well as puppies and administering medications as well as keeping the dog stimulated and happy.

Let me know if your dog needs any medication at any point. I am very experienced in giving dogs all types of medications and have no problem administering that, I just need to be aware of them! Also if your dog is aggressive towards other dogs that could impact going out to public parks or anything would be important to know ahead of time when I am planning what to do with them!
A typical day
I love having the dogs lead their own walks and have them be able to follow their noses! This stimulates them in many ways and also tires them out more than just a normal walk! I also love giving dogs puzzles and playing games to stimulate their brains and get them thinking. And of course lots of cuddle time!
