Hi My name is Kat! I grew up on a farm in California and have had dogs almost my entire life. We raised and trained horses and had a few litters of collie puppies so I grew up around animals. Since moving to the New York Metro area about five years ago, I haven't had a dog due to apartment limitations (we currently have a cat) but I definitely miss it! I love spending time with all sorts of dogs from small to large. I have trained puppies and can handle energetic dogs. I am also am a runner and have run with many different types of dogs but I also love to take long walks and let the pups stop and smell everything they are interested in. I try to be mindful of the pace of each different animal and make sure that they are accommodated.
